Established in April 2009, Shanghai Kingstone Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is a leading provider of advanced IC equipment in China. As a controlled subsidiary of Shanghai Vital Deeptech Co., Ltd. (SH.600641), we are dedicated to the development of ion implantation technology.

In November 2024, Vital Materials, a global high-tech leader across the entire industry chain of rare and scattered metals, became the actual controller of Kingstone. With Vital Materials' robust support in technological R&D, market expansion, and the component supply chain, we are committed to providing customers in the IC industry with independently controllable, full-lifecycle, and one-stop ion implantation solutions.

Headquartered in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, we have established subsidiaries in Beijing, Hefei, and Shanghai Lingang.Our product portfolio encompasses a comprehensive range of ion implanters, including low-energy high-current ion implanters, high-energy ion implanters, medium-current ion implanters, SiC/GaN/third-generation semiconductor ion implanters, and hydrogen ion implanters. Our processes support multiple application fields, such as advanced logic, advanced memory, power, analog, CMOS Image Sensors (CIS), and third-generation semiconductors.

As a leader in the commercialization of advanced IC ion implanters in China, we have deployed nearly 50 systems across 10+ key IC manufacturers since 2020, cumulatively processing over 10 million 12-inch wafers with proven safety and reliability.We boast a team of over 350 employees, with technological personnel accounting for more than 60%.Focusing on the R&D and innovation of IC ion implanters, we have secured over 190 patents for our proprietary technologies in this field to date.
